1. Driver Requirements
•Age & Experience: Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three years’ driving experience.
•License: A valid driver’s license is required. International visitors may use their country’s license for up to three months per visit.
2. Authorized Drivers
•Only the renter and additional registered drivers in the rental agreement are allowed to operate the vehicle.
•All authorized drivers must meet the age and license requirements.
3. Payment Methods
•We accept major credit cards and cash payments.
4. Insurance Coverage
•Third-Party Liability (TPL): Included in rental rates, covering third-party damages up to policy limits.
•Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Optional coverage to reduce the renter’s liability in case of vehicle damage.
•Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): Optional coverage for medical expenses in case of an accident.
5. Security Deposit
•A refundable security deposit is required at the start of the rental.
•Deposit amounts vary based on the vehicle category and selected insurance options.
•Deposits are refunded upon vehicle return, provided there are no damages, excessive dirt, or violations.
6. Rental Duration & Extensions
•Minimum Rental Period: Rentals are charged per 24-hour cycle.
•Extensions: If you need to extend your rental, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to update your rental agreement.
7. Vehicle Usage
•Prohibited Uses: The vehicle must not be used for:
•Off-road driving
•Racing or reckless driving
•Towing
•Transporting illegal goods
•Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles to maintain cleanliness.
8. Fuel Policy
•Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned at the same level.
•If not returned full, refueling charges will apply.
9. Accidents, Theft, and Damages
•In case of an accident, theft, or vehicle damage:
•Immediately notify JRUN Car Services Limited and the local police.
•A police report is mandatory for insurance claims.
•Do not accept liability or negotiate without our approval.
10. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
•48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup will receive a full refund.
•Less than 48 Hours: Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup may incur a one-day rental charge.
•No-Shows: If you do not show up for pickup or cancel on the day, your deposit may be forfeited.
11. Personal Belongings
•JRUN Car Services Limited is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
•Please check and remove all belongings upon return.
12. Roadside Assistance
•24-hour roadside assistance is available for mechanical issues.
•Charges may apply for incidents caused by negligence (e.g., lost keys, running out of fuel).
13. Governing Law
•This rental agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica.
